    You may return any item purchased for any reason subject to these terms.

    Returns are accepted on all items within 30 days from receiving your order. If the items being returned are outside of this period, send us an email with the reason for return as they may still be accepted.

    Items must be in original condition and must not have been worn, altered or washed. All tags must remain in place. We suggest all items are tried on as soon as they are received to ensure you are able to return items within our returns time frame.


    Please ensure all items are folded along the original fold lines, include any tissue paper and repack into the poly bags the way they arrived. Don't stress if you have ripped or torn the poly bags, just fold them the same way they arrived. From 1st June 2023 we will be imposing a $1.50 surcharge (per garment) on any items not folded and repacked the same way they arrived. This amount will be deducted from your refund.

    If you plan to return items purchased as part of a multi-buy offer, then all items purchased as part of the offer must be returned for a full refund. If some items are kept, the multi-buy prices are no longer valid and standard individual prices will appy.
       Example 1 - If you purchase 4 tees for $99 and return 3 - then you have bought 1 tee and will be charged $40 and issued a refund of $59. 
       Example 2 - If you purchase 4 tees for $99 and return 2 - then you have bought 2 tees and will be charged $80 and issued a refund of $19. 
       Example 3 - If you purchase 4 tees for $99 and return 1 - then you have bought 3 tee and will be charged $99 and no refund will be issued.
       Example 4 - If you purchase 2 pairs of chinos for $149 and return 1 - then you have bought 1 pair and will be charged $89.95 and a refund of $59.05 will be issued.


    RETURN STEPS - Within Australia
    1. Click here --> return.auspost.com.au/WAYVER and fill in your order number and email address. Complete your details and the reason for your return. 
    2. Depending on which option you choose, either drop off at your local Post Office or simply drop into an Auspost letter box with your return label attached.

    When returning item(s) please:

    • Remove original delivery label
    • Pack and seal securely

      Once the item(s) have been received they will undergo a quality review and once cleared, you will receive your refund on the cost at purchase price directly to the original method of payment used for purchase. We endeavour to process refunds as soon as they are received but please allow 1-2 business days for returns to be processed. You will receive email notification once your refund has been processed.



      You've got two options:

      1. Place a new order and return the entire original order. We'll then refund your initial order once it's received. This is the faster of the two options, so if you're in a hurry we suggest this method.

      ontact us on the live chat or email us at customerservice@wayver.com and provide your order number, the item/s you'd like to return for exchange and the item/s you'd like to exchange them for. We'll confirm if they're available, and if so, we'll put them aside for you. Then return the item/s and once they've been received we'll send out the new item/s and email you the tracking details.
