RETURNS & EXCHANGES - Within Australia
1. Please read the below returns policy to make sure you're eligible.

RETURNS POLICY

ALL RETURNS WITHIN AUSTRALIA ARE FREE OF CHARGE*, based on the below. 

You may return any item purchased for any reason subject to these terms.

Returns are accepted on all items within 30 days from receiving your order. If the items being returned are outside of this period, send us an email with the reason for return as they may still be accepted.

Items must be in original condition and must not have been worn, altered or washed. All tags must remain in place. We suggest all items are tried on as soon as they are received to ensure you are able to return items within our returns time frame.

Please note we do not refund shipping costs, if you selected to pay for Express Shipping at the time of order.

 

*Packing Your Return

Please fold items the way they arrived, include any tissue paper, and place them back in the original poly bags (even if the bags are torn — that’s fine).

From 1 June 2023, a $1.50 repacking fee per item will apply for returns not folded and packed correctly. This will be deducted from your refund.


 

Returns From Multi-Buy Offers

If you return items from a multi-buy deal, your refund will be adjusted based on what you keep. The discount only applies if you keep the full bundle — otherwise, standard item prices apply.

Examples:

  • Bought 4 tees for $99, returned 3 → 1 tee kept = charged $40, refund $59

  • Bought 4 tees for $99, returned 2 → 2 tees kept = charged $80, refund $19

  • Bought 4 tees for $99, returned 1 → 3 tees kept = charged $99, no refund 

  • Bought 2 chinos for $149, returned 1 → 1 chino kept = charged $89.95, refund $59.05

    INTERNATIONAL RETURN STEPS

    At this stage, we do not have the means to arrange international returns, so it is up to the customer to find a suitable method. We strongly suggest using a service with tracking. Shipping costs are quite expensive, so please bear this in mind prior to purchasing.

    Once the item(s) have been received they will undergo a quality review and once cleared, you will receive your refund on the cost at purchase price directly to the original method of payment used for purchase. We endeavour to process refunds as soon as they are received but please allow 1-2 business days for returns to be processed. You will receive email notification once your refund has been processed.
