RETURNS POLICY

Before starting, please take a moment to review the returns policy below.




🔄 Exchanges - within Australia

   - Free exchanges accepted within 30 days of delivery
   - Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with all tags attached
   - Once your returned items are received, exchange items will be shipped and tracking details emailed


↩️ Returns - within Australia

   - Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery
   - Free return shipping within Australia
   - Starting Feb 15th 2026, a $2 restocking fee per item returned
                - Example: returning 4 items = $8 total
   - Items must be in original condition: unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with tags attached
   - Express shipping fees are non-refundable

Packing Your Return

  • Fold items as they arrived

  • Include any tissue paper

  • Place items back in the original poly bags (even if torn)

Note: Returns not folded correctly may incur a $1.50 repacking fee per item, deducted from your refund.


📦 Multi-Buy & Bundle Returns

If returning items from a multi-buy or bundle, refunds are adjusted based on items kept. Full bundle discounts only apply if all items are retained.

Examples:

  • Bought 4 tees for $99, returned 3 → 1 tee kept = charged $40, refund $59

  • Bought 4 tees for $99, returned 2 → 2 tees kept = charged $80, refund $19

  • Bought 4 tees for $99, returned 1 → 3 tees kept = charged $99, no refund

  • Bought 2 chinos for $149, returned 1 → 1 chino kept = charged $89.95, refund $59.05


🌏 International Returns

We do not arrange international returns. Customers are responsible for shipping costs and should use a tracked service.

💰 Refund Processing

  • Returns undergo a quality check

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, less any applicable restocking or repacking fees

  • Processing typically takes 1–2 business days

  • You will receive an email notification when the refund is complete
